Shipping policy

Generally speaking, orders usually ship from our factory in Indianapolis, Indiana. 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Order processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or immediately after a popular online promotion.  Shiping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. 

Please feel free to contact us with any shipping/delivery questions.  Woven Co. Candles offers standard delivery service (Home Delivery Ground) via DHL, UPS or USPS.  Expedited shipping options and international shipping may be available for an additional fee. 

Woven Co. Candles cannot ship packages on days that are U.S. national holidays. Shipping charges and terms are subject to change without notice.
